PERSONALISE AND CUSTOMISE: YOUR DESIGN CONCEPT
Articulation of your ideal look and feel and a set of guidelines inspired by and consistent with that vision. Based on our discussions, your home’s architecture and location, and images and descriptions of the type of spaces you appreciate. We provide a document that captures the intended look and feel for interior design and an explanation of the key components (materials, colours, features) that will work towards creating this.
LAYOUT / SPACE PLANNING
This stage may also include design and drawings showing proposed layout.

Design of a kitchen, bathroom or other specific area showing form, design details, allocation of materials, planning of space in more detail, material specifications shown through material samples, drawings in plan and elevation and perspectives.

Production and manufacture considerations and details incorporated into a drawing set, liaison with manufacturers, visits to showrooms to review products… everything required to sort out before manufacture. Plans also may include flooring plan, lighting and electrical plan, painting schedule or design and specifications for window treatments and furniture.

There is often a main building contractor who will oversee and schedule trades but we stay on board to provide information, problem solve and coordinate aspects outside of scope for the builder.
